Welcome to PetCare Tracker ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Premium Subscriptions

The App offers optional premium features ("PetCare Pro") accessible via auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). If you choose to purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

The App is designed as a tracking and organizational tool. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian with any questions you may have regarding your pet's medical condition.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetCare Tracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, or for any reliance placed on the information provided within the App.

5. Standard Apple EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at Apple's website.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
